At Harlow Shave, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, we do everything we can to facilitate your return experience. Please read carefully our return policy for our cosmetic products and stainless steel safety razors.
📦 1. Products eligible for returns
Returns are possible for :
- Undamaged stainless steel safety razors returned in their original packaging.
- Accessories (brackets, cases, brushes, etc.) provided they are new and in their original condition.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, opened or used cosmetics (oils, creams, soaps, etc.) cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
🔄 2. Return time
You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return.
After your request has been validated, you have 7 additional days to send us the returned product.
💳 3. Repayment terms
- Safety razors: If the returned product complies with our return policy (new condition, original packaging), we will refund the full amount paid, excluding delivery costs.
- Cosmetic products: Opened or used cosmetic products are non-refundable, unless a defect or error on our part is noted.
The refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
🚚 4. Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
- We recommend that you use a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
⚠️ 5. Products not eligible for returns
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Cosmetics opened or used
- Razor blades
- Gift cards
📧 6. How do I make a return?
- Contact us by email at contact@harlow-shave.com indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.
- We will reply within 48 working hours with return instructions.
- Pack the product carefully and send it to the address indicated.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, we will confirm the refund or exchange.
🛠 7. Defective products or ordering error
If you receive a defective product or if an order error has been made on our part :
- Contact us immediately at contact@harlow-shave.com with a photo of the product concerned.
- We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund.
