General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Subject
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Harlow Shave, auto-entrepreneur, registered under SIREN number 795 012 145, whose registered office is located at 7 rue des Ermites, 92000 Nanterre, France (hereinafter referred to as “the seller”), and any customer wishing to make a purchase via the harlow-shave.com website (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”).

2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, the seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Product photographs are not contractual.

3. Orders
Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC.
The customer must check the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. The seller cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.

4. Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
As Harlow Shave is VAT exempt (article 293 B of the CGI), VAT is not applicable.
Delivery costs are specified before the order is validated and are payable by the customer, unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment
Payment for products is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the site.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are given for information only and do not constitute a firm commitment. The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to the carrier or to exceptional circumstances.
In the event of loss or damage in transit, the customer must file a claim with the carrier within [48 hours, for example].

7. Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform Harlow Shave by email at contact@harlow-shave.com.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, at the customer’s expense.

8. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects set out in articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity or defect, the customer may request replacement or reimbursement of the product, subject to legal conditions.

9. Liability
Harlow Shave cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.

10. Personal data
The data collected in the context of an order are necessary for its processing and are treated in accordance with the privacy policy available on the site.

11. Applicable law
These GCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
